Michael Cantor

Michael Cantor is an accomplished professional in real estate and venue development with extensive experience in the sports industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Sterling Project Development since June 2013, Cantor leads SPD Sports, which focuses on enhancing the fan experience and benefitting local economies through integrated venue strategies. Prior roles include Director, Senior Project Advisor, and Project Manager at SPD Sports, contributing to the development of the Titletown District in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Additionally, in January 2024, Cantor became a board member of the Southeast Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District, overseeing operations at American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers. Cantor holds a Ph.D., a Master of Urban Planning with a focus on Housing, Community, and Economic Development, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management, all from the University of Michigan.
