Sam Bernstein

Sam Bernstein is a Development Manager and Project Advisor at Sterling Project Development since September 2019, with prior experience as a Development Intern at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and a Research and Urban Planning Fellow at the New York Building Congress. Bernstein has played a key role in significant projects, including due diligence for the $3 billion Willets Point Project and feasibility assessments for a potential stadium in Hartford, CT. Earlier experience includes internships in infrastructure finance and research, alongside a strong academic foundation with a Master of Urban Planning from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Economics from Vanderbilt University.
