Sam Segal

Sam Segal is a Senior Project Advisor in Development Management at Sterling Project Development since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sam co-founded Ascend Insurance Partners, focusing on the acquisition and integration of property and casualty brokerages from November 2022 to September 2023. Sam's extensive experience in real estate began with Industrious, where roles included Director of Real Estate - Special Projects and various managerial positions from July 2017 to October 2022. Earlier, Sam worked as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst in Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate at Credit Suisse from July 2013 to June 2017. Sam holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
