Ashish has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ashish co-founded Metabook XR in 2019 and is currently involved in its operations. Prior to that, they worked at Sterlite Power from 2017 to 2019. In Sterlite Power, they held the role of Chief Manager where they led strategic initiatives and programs to optimize Capex and achieve desired results. Ashish also worked in the Global CEO Office and was involved in international bidding and business development in Brazil. During their time in Brazil, they formulated strategies, collaborated with stakeholders, and won projects worth $2 billion. Additionally, Ashish has worked at Mazagon Dock Ltd from 2010 to 2016, where they held various roles including Deputy Manager and was part of the Strategy and Implementation Team in the Director's Office.
