Ruchir possesses extensive experience in production engineering, having served as a Production Engineer at Sterlite from February 2022 to April 2025, where responsibilities included leading the Drum Twister section for Milliken conductor production and undergoing training in China for E-beam machine installation. Additionally, Ruchir held the position of Assistant Manager - Production, overseeing multiple manufacturing sections for EHV - 220 Kv Cables and managing polymer consumption. Prior to this role, Ruchir gained hands-on experience during a brief vocational training at NTPC Limited in June 2019. Ruchir holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SRMIST, an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya, and completed secondary education at DAV Public School Bseb.
