Rakan Atari

Rakan Atari is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the fiber optic industry. Currently serving as Chief Sales Manager for MENA at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited since May 2023, Rakan leads sales efforts for fiber optic cables across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and Morocco. Prior to this role, Rakan was Area Sales Manager at Oman Fiber Optic from December 2017 to May 2023, focusing on sales in the GCC and Iraq markets. Rakan's earlier experiences include Regional Sales and Marketing Manager at Fujikura Ltd., where responsibilities involved marketing and sales activities in the MENA & Gulf Region, and Project Manager at Gulf Medical Co Ltd., managing project development and supporting sales teams. Rakan began the career as a Product Manager at Spectra FTTH Saudi Arabia, overseeing various FTTH projects. Rakan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication & Electrical Engineering from Al-Ahliyya Amman University.
