Rick Stern is a business executive and founder known for building and organically growing companies. They currently serve as CEO and founder of Stern Recruiting and as managing partner and founding board member of the new Channel division for Americaneagle Managed Cloud Services (AE MCS). They previously founded Nitel and served in the US Navy Reserve as a Boatswains Mate 2nd Class Petty Officer from 1986 to 1992. They are a YPO Gold member. They earned an AA in Journalism from Florida SouthWestern State College (1985–1987), a BS in Telecommunications from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications (1987–1990), and completed Harvard Business School Executive Education (OPM 38) (2007–2009).
