Flair Bar

Flair Bar has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. They started their career in 1996 as a Software Engineer at Ness Technologies | נס טכנולוגיות and worked there until 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Software Engineer at Netpoint. In 2000, they moved to Net2Wireless and worked as a Senior Software Developer until 2001. At superDimension, they held the position of Senior Software Developer from 2001 to 2008, where they designed and developed software using various frameworks and were also responsible for writing hardware drivers. Flair Bar then joined Medtronic in 2008 and held the role of superDimension Project Manager until 2014, focusing on project planning, resource management, and product improvements. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Project Manager and Site Leader Partner at Medtronic, responsible for various aspects of application lifecycle management. They then joined Zebra Medical Vision Ltd in 2015 and held roles as Vice President R&D and Vice President Operations, Customer Success & Regulations until 2020. Currently, Flair Bar is working as the COO at Sternum, starting from October 2020.

Flair Bar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Haifa, where they studied from 1995 to 1997.
