Ibrahim Chaoui

Ibrahim Chaoui is a Process Manager with expertise in ITIL 4, currently working as a Consultant at STET. Previously, they served as a Service Delivery Manager at CANAL+ Group, where they focused on incident management and system performance optimization. Ibrahim also held consulting roles at BNP Paribas and worked as an IT Project Manager at Coca-Cola European Partners, applying Scrum Agile methodologies. They have experience in web development and capacity management from their internship at Triumph International and have contributed to various ITSM projects, enhancing service delivery and client relations.
