Stetho Steps LLC builds resilient and sustainable systems for health professions education that improve outcomes for learners, educators, and the communities they serve.

We are a social enterprise that supports universities, healthcare institutions, NGOs, and development partners to design better education systems through institutional strategy, competency-based curriculum development, quality assurance, professional development, and system strengthening.

Our flagship initiative, PATHS (Professional Advancement Through Holistic Skills), equips emerging and current professionals with transferable skills to create service-based solutions that address challenges in their communities and organisations.
