Tim Marshall has a comprehensive background in public safety and emergency management, beginning as an Audio Visual Aide at Bath Central School from September 1986 to September 1997. From September 1997 to May 2012, Tim served as the Deputy Director of Emergency Management for Steuben County Emergency Services before becoming the Director of Steuben County Emergency Management from May 2012 until July 2021. Currently, Tim holds the position of Director of Public Safety for Steuben County, a role commenced in July 2021. Tim's educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Fire Protection and an Associate in Fire Protection Technology from Corning Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human & Community Services/Emergency Management from SUNY Empire State College.
