Peer-to-Peer Networking:  Steve Heckler Associates facilitates small groups of executives in similar roles from different industries. Together they form a Community of Practice (COP) for information sharing, problem solving and networking.  SHA has been facilitating COPs for over 15 years and currently has over 100 members with an average group tenure of 3.8 years.  Functional groups include CIOs, CHROs, CISOs, Infrastructure, Applications Development and Service Desk.  Groups are geographically organized for maximum convenience.  

Our engagements are directed by Steve Heckler, founder of Steve Heckler Associates. Steve has had 16 years of executive management experience and 25 years of senior management experience with companies such as IBM, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Bank of America, Health Net, PacTel Cellular (Air Touch), Lorimar Telepictures and Activision.  Steve is a Board Certified Coach and is currently on the Foundation Board of ACLU.  All of Steve’s associates are experienced, seasoned corporate executives.
