I have worn many hats throughout my life – husband, father, physical therapist, business owner, coach, mentor, and teacher.  Each one of those hats has given me so many gifts, challenges, and “a-ha” moments, yet I would not trade any of those struggle experiences as they have helped me find my true passion and calling – a life and business coach.

My 28-year career as a physical therapist taught me to not just treat the symptom but to dig in and treat the whole body and get to the root of the issue causing pain.  In my 22 years of managing two busy PT clinics, I created strategies to run the business more efficiently and effectively, dissected the business to find the root cause of an issue, and then was able to create a financially successful business in one of the most challenging industries.

My passion for coaching and helping you will be felt immediately. My desire to be the best coach for you has led me to obtain many coaching certifications, including the Professional Coach Certification (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, the Board Certified Coach (BCC) certification from the Centers for Credentialing and Education, the Certified Executive Coach credential from the Center for Executive Coaching, the Designing Your Life Coach certification through the Designing Your Life Institute, the Working Genius Facilitator credentialing from the Table Group, and a Life Purpose Coach certification through the Transformation Academy.

Through coaching, I have found my true calling – to help others find and live a great life.  Through my advanced trainings and my past professional experiences, I feel that have the tools and experiences to share with you. Coaching allows me to blend both of my passions in a way that I feel I can help make the world a better place.
