Darren Smith possesses extensive experience in property management and outdoor recreation, currently serving as Building Maintenance Manager at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort since June 2015, overseeing maintenance issues for Northstar-managed properties. As Managing Broker at Blackdog Enterprises, LLC since January 2014, Darren operates a home-based real estate company while seeking management opportunities, ideally in recreation or resorts. Previous roles include Owner and Managing Broker of Prestigious Property Management from 2010 to 2014, where Darren managed a successful property management company, and Partner and Broker at Real Estate Out West from 2004 to 2014, assisting clients in real estate transactions.
