Navin Kumar

Navin Kumar is an experienced mining engineer specializing in short-term mine planning and drill and blast operations, with a career spanning over a decade in the mining industry. Currently serving as a Short Term Mine Planner at Stevin Rock since December 2017, Navin is responsible for developing short-term mining plans and ensuring alignment with operational capabilities. Previous roles include positions at Stevin Rock, Ramco Industries Ltd., V. M. Salgaocar & Bro. Pvt. Ltd., and Thriveni Group, where responsibilities encompassed production scheduling, drill pattern design, and stakeholder coordination. Navin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai, obtained in 2011.
