Andrew Arnott

Andrew Arnott, CHC, CIA, CISA, CHP, CRMA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and insurance industry. Andrew started their career as a Market Conduct Examiner/Auditor at the Utah Insurance Department in 2003. Andrew then worked as a Supervising Consultant/Auditor at RSM McGladrey from 2005 to 2007. After that, they joined Intermountain Healthcare as a Senior Internal Auditor from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Andrew Arnott joined Risk & Regulatory Consulting (formerly RSM McGladrey) as a Manager in the Regulatory Insurance Practice. Andrew worked there until 2013 when they became the Chief Compliance and Audit Officer at Arches Health Plan. Andrew served in that role until 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, Andrew Arnott worked at STEWARD HEALTH CARE NETWORK as the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs (Compliance Officer). In 2019, they joined Steward Health Care as the Nat'l/Sr. Director of Compliance and Audit, where they have been driving the national compliance and audit function. Andrew focuses on driving efficiency in the compliance and audit function and providing strategic leadership to prioritize and execute a compelling national compliance function.

In 2021, Andrew Arnott co-led the start-up of Steward Benefit Services as the Chief Compliance Officer. Andrew played a crucial role in developing all compliance policies and procedures and overseeing compliance of sales agent activities.

Andrew Arnott, CHC, CIA, CISA, CHP, CRMA has an MBA in Finance and Financial Accounting from the University of Utah, which they obtained in 2002. Andrew also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Weber State University, earned between 1995 and 1999. In addition, Andrew Arnott has obtained various certifications, including Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) in 2019 and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors in 2013.
