Jay Isom

Jay Isom has extensive work experience in the title and escrow industry. Jay began their career at Commerce Title Company as an Operations Manager in 2001. Jay then served as the Vice President of Title Operations at Lenders First Choice from 2005 to 2007. In 2009, they joined Solutionstar Settlement Services as the Vice President of Title Operations, where they worked until 2014. Jay then worked as a Senior Director at First American Title from 2014 to 2016. Jay held the position of Vice President at Premium Title for a brief period in 2016 before joining WFG Lender Services as the Vice President of Closing Operations from 2016 to 2018. Jay then became the Senior Vice President of Title Production, Escrow Accounting, and Post Closing at Title365 from 2018 to 2023. Jay is currently the Senior Operations Program Director at Stewart Title.

Jay Isom completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Governors University from 2014 to 2016. In addition, Jay Isom holds several certifications including Global Procurement and Sourcing from Rutgers University, AI Fundamentals for Non-Data Scientists from Wharton Online, Data Analysis & Visualization Foundations Specialization (V2) from IBM, Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, and CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA. Jay also has certifications in Agile Project Management from Google and Title Agent/Producer Licenses in 26 states.
