Alexander Cherlin

Alexander Cherlin is a Principal Physicist with over 20 years of experience in academic research and industrial R&D, specializing in nuclear and semiconductor physics, radiation detection, and medical imaging systems. As a principal investigator, they have led various development and research projects in collaboration with partners in Europe, the USA, and New Zealand. Notably, Alexander has contributed to advancements in molecular breast imaging and developed innovative detector technologies at companies such as Kromek and Orbotech Medical Solutions. They hold a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, where they also completed their MSc. and B.A. in Physics.
