Catherine Jones

Catherine Jones is currently the Energy Data Centre Lead at the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), where they oversee the strategic development and daily operations of the Energy Data Centre. They have extensive experience in providing information systems and services to the academic community, including roles such as Library Systems Development Manager and project management within various projects. Catherine holds a BSc from Thames Polytechnic, a PostGraduate Diploma from the University of West London, and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals. They are passionate about digital curation, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and have received the RSE Catalyst award in 2022.
