Diana Chaloner

Diana Chaloner is the Executive Director of Human Resources at the Science, Technology and Facilities Council and serves as the HR Transformation Director for Research Councils UK. In their role at the Environment Agency, Diana leads a national HR department of 130 staff, providing strategic and operational support throughout the organization. With previous experience as HR Director at the Met Office and Head of HR at Mid Devon District Council, they bring a wealth of knowledge in areas such as employee relations, talent management, and leadership development. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Thames Polytechnic.
