Glenn White

Glenn White is the Professor of Astronomy at The Open University and serves as the Research Group Leader in the Space Science and Technology Department at RALSpace, The Rutherford Appleton Laboratory. They have held previous positions at the University of Kent, Queen Mary College, University of London, and the University of Leicester, where they developed extensive expertise in astronomical instrumentation and various research projects. Glenn has spent sabbaticals at renowned institutions including the University of Tokyo and Stockholm Observatory, and has received multiple awards for contributions to space science, notably for work related to the ESA HERSCHEL space mission. Their research interests encompass a wide range of topics in astrophysics, including star formation and interstellar chemistry.
