Helen Johnson

Helen Johnson is currently the Head of the STFC Skills Centre at the Science and Technology Facilities Council, where they focus on recruiting and training the next generation of engineers and technologists. Previously, Helen served as the Head of STFC Apprenticeships at UK Research and Innovation and was recognized with multiple awards in apprenticeship excellence. They have also held roles in skills development, project management, and instruction, including work as a Jazzercise instructor and as UK Apprenticeship Programme Manager for Amey. Helen's expertise encompasses a robust track record in improving apprenticeship programs and supporting STEM education initiatives.
