Paul Sharp is a Senior Software Scientist at ISIS Neutron and Muon Source, specializing in scientific software development and method development across various scientific fields. They are currently working on the RAT (Reflectivity Algorithm Toolbox), which models and analyzes data from neutron reflectivity experiments. Previously, Paul developed the ChemDASH software, contributing to the discovery of over twelve new compounds through collaboration with experimental chemists. Their experience includes roles as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Liverpool and The Faraday Institution, as well as a Senior Computational Physicist at STFC. Paul holds a PhD in Physics from the University of York and an MPhys from the University of Hull.
