Simon Cooper is a Mechatronics Design Engineer with a Master's Degree in Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath. From 2016 to 2018, Simon worked at STFC as an ISIS Graduate Mechatronics Motion Control Engineer, focusing on the design of precision sample stages and motion equipment. Simon also held positions at JCB as an Electro Mechanical Engineer and an Undergraduate Engineer, providing support and development for testing equipment. Currently, Simon serves as a Mechatronics Engineer at STFC, where they deliver motion control systems and design complete mechatronic solutions in collaboration with international colleagues.
