Tom Hampson is a Senior Scientific Software Engineer at UK Research and Innovation and has been a Senior Scientific Software Engineer at STFC since 2021. Currently, they serve as the Founder and CEO of guffbox games, a role they have held since 2019. Previously, they worked as a Scientific Software Engineer at Applied Photophysics from 2014 to 2019, where they designed and implemented a statistical software suite for high-order protein structure comparisons. Tom completed a Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Bristol and earned a Master of Physics from the University of Warwick.
