Hal Stamper

Hal Stamper has over 17 years of experience in various roles, including VP of Solar Development at STG Solar since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Utility Scale Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at Strata Solar, LLC from 2014 to 2022. At Strata Solar, Hal was responsible for overseeing safety aspects, coordinating solar projects, and executing pre-construction planning. Before that, they served as the Chief of Operations at 4S Legacy starting in 2007. Hal also has experience as a Maintenance Superintendent at Zurn Industries and a Field Service Supervisor at Honeywell. Prior to their civilian career, they served in the US Army as a First Sergeant for over 23 years, where they managed unit administration, support activities, and the welfare of a large workforce.

Hal Stamper attended Central Texas College from 1988 to 1990, pursuing a degree in Law Enforcement. However, they did not complete their degree. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1983, they attended Waldron High School, where they obtained a "A license to find a job" as their degree. Although the field of study is humorously labeled as "Now that's funny!" no further information is provided about their specific studies during high school.
