Marcus Simmesgård

Marcus Simmesgård has an extensive work experience in the IT industry. Marcus is currently working as an IT Consultant at One Group since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Consultant at Sthlm Tech AB from 2022 to 2023. Before their consultancy roles, Marcus worked as a Frontend Developer at Abios from 2019 to 2022 and Budbee from 2017 to 2019. Marcus also has experience as a Frontend Developer at Universal Avenue from 2016 to 2017. Marcus began their career as a Developer and Intern at Technia AB from 2014 to 2015. Marcus has worked on projects involving CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJs, Webpack, ReactJS, Redux, and more. In 2013, Marcus worked as a Cable Installer at City Sundblad Telecom AB during their third year of High School.

Marcus Simmesgård attended YHC3L from 2013 to 2015, where they studied system development with Java. Before that, from 2010 to 2013, they attended Solna gymnasium and pursued a degree in electrician program with data orientation. In addition to their formal education, Marcus has also obtained certifications in Real Time Web with Node.js, Shaping up with Angular.js, and The Magical Marvels of MongoDB from Code School.
