Andy Moore has over 25 years of experience in technical support, customer service, and production management. At Quantel, from May 1984 to June 2010, Andy served as the Agents & Overseas Support Manager, providing high-level technical support to agents and regional managers globally. Following a brief tenure at Stryker in logistics operations, Andy worked as the Customer Support & Development Manager at Cache Media from June 2011 to June 2012. Since July 2012, Andy has been the Production Test Manager at STI Ltd, overseeing a team responsible for testing electronics to high standards. Andy holds an ONC and HNC in Engineering from Newbury College.
