David Flaugher

David Flaugher has a diverse range of work experience spanning over four decades. David started their career in the US Army, where they held the position of Sergeant First Class and was responsible for reviewing and revising career paths for personnel in the Ordnance Corps. David also facilitated the transition of Avionics Repair Military Occupational Specialties from the Aviation Branch to the Ordnance Corps. During their time in the army, they supervised an overseas Avionics repair facility and reduced backlog levels while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Following their military service, Flaugher worked as an Electronic Technician at SCI Systems Incorporated, where they specialized in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing medical patient monitors. David also contributed to improving manufacturing processes and reducing downtime in the Test Department.

Flaugher then joined COBRO Corp as a Senior Analyst/ Site Supervisor, where they developed technical guidance and coordinated the development of aviation, missile, and support systems Electronic Technical Manuals. David also led efforts to convert legacy publications into Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals.

In 2000, Flaugher joined VT Group plc as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for managing multiple high visibility Task Orders as an AMCOM Express Logistics Prime contractor. David supervised a large team, including full-time and part-time employees and subcontractors, in providing logistics support for various projects.

In 2018, Flaugher worked as a Program Manager at LogiCore Corporation, where they managed programs and projects. Later that year, they joined Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (dba STI Technologies, Inc.) as a Corporate Program Manager.

Overall, Flaugher has extensive experience in program management, logistics support, technical publications, and electronic systems. David'swork experience demonstrates their ability to lead teams, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

David Flaugher pursued their education in a systematic manner. David began their academic journey in 1997 at Athens State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Management of Technology in the year 2000. Determined to further enhance their knowledge and skill set, David enrolled at the Florida Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2003. Here, they successfully completed a Master's program in Management, thereby further refining their expertise in this field. Throughout their education, David's focus remained on management and technology, which laid a strong foundation for their professional growth.
