Lucy Mitchell

Lucy Mitchell is an experienced DOD contractor with over a decade of service in the U.S. Foreign Service. Currently employed with STI-TEC as a member of the JROC Secretariat, Lucy supports high-level military requirements and capabilities development. Previously, Lucy held various roles, including Staff Assistant at the American Institute in Taiwan and multiple positions within the U.S. Department of State, where responsibilities ranged from administrative support to coordination of diplomatic events. Holding a BFA in Interior Design from Adrian College, Lucy also has experience as an adjunct instructor at both the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and Lansing Community College.
