Benoit Kohl

Benoît Kohl is a full professor at the law faculty of the Université de Liège, where they head a department focused on contract and construction law. They also serve as an attorney at the Bar of Brussels, specializing in contract, real estate, and construction law, and have been involved in various judicial and arbitration proceedings. As president of CEPANI, the Belgian Arbitration Institution, Benoît engages actively in international arbitration discussions and education, also holding a visiting professor position at the Université de Paris II (Panthéon Assas). Throughout their career, Benoît has published extensively and received recognition for their contributions to construction law and arbitration.
