Gérald represents many clients in a broad range of corporate finance matters such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and insolvency. His expertise encompasses corporate finance, M&A, private equity, financial regulatory law and transactional business law.

Gérald has a master’s in law from the Catholic University Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) (1995). He also has a master’s in European and international law (1996) from the same university. He is a Luxembourg qualified lawyer (Avocat à la Cour).
