Niels Didden is a Senior Associate at Stibbe, specializing in cross-border litigation and a variety of disputes including corporate, contractual, tort, and antitrust issues. They previously served as an Associate at Stibbe from 2012 to 2018 and completed an internship at Loyens & Loeff in 2012. Niels holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil Law and a Master of Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and INSEAD, respectively, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law and a Master of Science in Economics & Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam. They began their academic journey at Canisius College, where they earned their Gymnasium degree in Nature & Health.
