Pascal Vanden Borre

Pascal is dedicated to representing his clients’ interests across every one of his specialist areas.

Pascal is a corporate partner active in public and private mergers and acquisitions, fund raisings, capital market transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He handles these complex matters for a broad array of leading Belgian and international, public and private companies, entrepreneurs, investors, investment banks and governmental entities.

He is a guest professor at the law faculty of the University of Ghent (UGent) on corporate law matters. Furthermore, he has authored many publications in the area of corporate and finance law.

Pascal is a member of the Financial Law Institute of the University of Ghent (UGent).
