Tim has proven expertise and knowledge in his specialist area of commercial litigation.
His practice covers a wide range of areas including corporate fraud, directors’ fraud, and contractual and tort disputes. His experience also encompasses conducting internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients and large governmental institutions. Tim handles these complex matters for listed companies, financial institutions and large privately held companies.
Tim is a lecturer at Leiden University and he also teaches at several legal academies.
He has a master’s in law from Leiden University.
