De Stichting OGBS is opgericht in februari 2000 door en voor ouders van kinderen die tijdens de geboorte besmet zijn geraakt met de Groep B Streptokokken bacterie (GBS). OGBS staat dan ook voor Ouders Groep B Streptokokken Patiënten.
