Max Koolen

Max Koolen has a robust background in social work and hospitality, currently serving as Begeleider C and Persoonlijk begeleider ambulant at PSW since May 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Gastheer/werkbegeleiding at De Graasj Roermond, focusing on labor-related day activities within the hospitality sector, and a stage position at PSW Junior, where Max worked with children and young adults. Early hospitality experience also includes serving as Gastheer at Doja horeca. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, obtained in July 2022, and a Niveau 4 qualification in Pedagogisch medewerker jeugdzorg from Gilde opleidingen, completed in 2017.
