Michael Otte

Michael Otte is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Stiesdal, where they oversee operational strategies. Previously, they served as Head of Product Integrity & Warranty Management at Siemens Gamesa and as a Senior Project Manager at Siemens Wind Power, managing major warranty cases. Earlier in their career, Michael held various roles including Supply Chain Manager at Bombardier Transportation, where they led asset life management and fleet operations. They have also completed a Mini MBA in leadership and are a certified purchasing manager.
