Jason Stack

Jason Stack is a seasoned M&A professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as Managing Director at Stifel Nicolaus since April 2010, where the focus is on providing strategic advice in change of control situations for both public and private companies. Previously, Jason held the position of Managing Director at Thomas Weisel Partners, specializing in technology M&A with a focus on transactions ranging from $100MM to $750MM. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Associate at Harlingwood Partners LLC, concentrating on private equity investments, and at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, focusing on distressed M&A and restructuring. Jason holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.
