Jay Spencer, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, specifically in E&P, Oilfield Services, and MLPs. Currently serving as Managing Director at Stifel Financial Corp. since June 2015, Jay has previously held the position of Managing Director at Sterne Agee from April 2009 to June 2015 and served as Director of Research at TIAA-CREF from October 2002 to March 2009. Jay obtained a Finance degree from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business in 2000, and earlier, attended the University of Virginia from 1992 to 1995.
