Martin Gorham

Martin Gorham is a seasoned financial services attorney currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Stifel Financial Corp. since October 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Of Counsel at Paul Hastings from September 2015 to September 2018, where responsibilities included representing issuers and underwriters in collateralized loan obligation transactions and advising financial institutions on structured finance and regulatory matters. A notable secondment with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2016 involved advising the CLO Structuring Desk.
