Michael S.

Michael S. serves as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the Air Component Operations Squadron in the Air National Guard since February 2004, where responsibilities include senior leadership in organizing, training, and managing joint operations. In addition, Michael S. holds the position of Director of Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery at Stifel Financial Corp. since July 2022, having previously managed crisis management at Spire from July 2017 to July 2022. Notable achievements include establishing the first crisis management department at Spire, leading the development of enterprise IT disaster recovery plans, and serving as chief-of-staff during major crisis responses. Michael S. possesses a Master's degree in Security Management from Bellevue University and multiple leadership certifications from the Community College of the Air Force.
