Rhett Geraghty

Rhett Geraghty has over a decade of experience in marketing and sales, currently serving as First Vice President and Director of Advisor Recruiting & Brand Marketing at Stifel Financial Corp., a position held since August 2012. In this role, Rhett leads the Creative Marketing Department, collaborating with Financial Advisors to develop a variety of marketing materials. Prior to this role, Rhett was the Director of Sales and Marketing at the YMCA of Greater Boston, where management of a sales team resulted in over 1,000 new memberships. Before entering the nonprofit sector, Rhett worked as a Sales Manager at McBride & Son Homes, overseeing contract execution and customer satisfaction, and as a Marketing Coordinator, managing marketing operations for multiple divisions. Rhett holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
