Valentin Werlé

Valentin Werlé is currently the Managing Director of Software M&A at Stifel Financial Corp., a position held since 2023. Previously, Valentin served as an Associate at Arma Partners from 2014 to 2017, where they advised on significant transactions, including the sale of eTraveli for $265 million. They also worked as a Vice President and Director in Technology M&A at William Blair from 2017 to 2020 and were an Analyst and Associate at Bucephale Finance earlier in their career. Valentin holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris.
