To make it easier for people to work with and in nature, Andreas Stihl founded the Swabian family business STIHL in 1926. We have grown sustainably, healthily and steadily and are now the leading global brand for chainsaws and power tools. STIHL Vertriebs AG was founded in 1996 and is responsible for the distribution of the STIHL brand in Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein. Our products are sold exclusively through specialist service dealers, whom we supply and support with numerous services.
