Bruno Pitzer

Bruno Pitzer has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on strategic HR leadership and talent management. Bruno most recently served as the Director of Human Resources, Health, Safety, and Environment at STIHL, where they developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Prior to that, Bruno held positions such as Global HRBP Senior Leader at Braskem and Global Head of Organizational Development at Oxiteno. Bruno also has experience in HR management at GE Oil & Gas and GE, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and data analysis. Bruno's early career includes roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Nalco Chemical Company in talent acquisition.

Bruno Pitzer completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Florida Atlantic University, Barry Kaye Business School from 2001 to 2006. Bruno then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the same institution from 2007 to 2009. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and obtained an MBA in People Management.
