Daniela Posch

Daniela Posch serves as the Global Training Coordinator at STIHL since April 2023, focusing on the planning, development, and implementation of targeted training concepts, particularly in Aftermarket & Services. Previously, Daniela held the position of Project Manager for Continuing Education at SICOS BW from 2019 to 2022, where responsibilities included the development of training offerings for SMEs in Data Analytics and conducting market analyses. At Porsche, from 2018 to 2019, Daniela coordinated training development, defining global qualification concepts within Aftersales. As the Manager of Training & Development at educom from 2016 to 2018, oversight of the recruiting process and the facilitation of Train the Trainer workshops were key roles. Daniela began a career in Human Resources Development with an internship at Bosch Power Tools in 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Inclusive Education, a Magistra in Lifelong Learning, and a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, all obtained from the University of Graz.
