Robert Mondry has extensive experience in software engineering and automation, with a focus on autonomous systems and robotics. Initial roles included a Praktikant position at OpenText, where advancements in test automation for archiving were made, and a Werkstudent position at ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH, focusing on Java/J2EE back-end development for connected vehicles. Robert Mondry completed a Bachelor Thesis at Bosch on intention modeling for lane change prediction, followed by a Master Thesis on imitation learning-based trajectory planning for highway entrances. Currently serving as a Softwareingenieur at STIHL with a focus on robotics mapping, Robert Mondry has also contributed to research projects on multi-object classification using LSTM and has gained practical experience through various student roles in automated driving system engineering and application development.
