Scott Tilley has an extensive professional background in law and communications, beginning as a Freelance Correspondent at The Richmond News Leader from 1979 to 1989. Following this, Scott served as an Attorney at Thompson & Knight LLP from 1989 to 1992, subsequently continuing legal practice at McGuireWoods LLP until 1999.
