Stephen Bickers is a highly motivated and results-driven end-to-end supply chain expert with 25 years of experience in dynamic global FMCG supply chains. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Oceania at STIHL, they have previously held significant roles including General Manager of Logistics at Asahi Beverages and National Supply Chain Manager at Groupe Soparind Bongrain. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated leadership in transformational change, focusing on strategic thinking, operational improvement, and cost optimization. They obtained a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology.
